What We Do

We build the infrastructure, systems, and strategy that turn ambitious organizations into funded, high-performing, unstoppable ones.

Why Organizations Choose EMG

You're not failing.
You're under-resourced.

The challenges below aren't unique to your organization — they're systemic. EMG exists to solve them.

01
You need a partner,
not a vendor list.
Most consultants hand you a report and walk away. EMG stays at the table — strategy, execution, and accountability, all in one engagement.
02
Your data isn't
driving decisions.
If your data sits in spreadsheets no one reads, it's dead weight. We build live systems that turn your numbers into a roadmap funders actually respond to.
03
You're leaving funding
on the table.
The gap isn't your work — it's how it's framed. We position your initiatives so the funding, partnerships, and visibility you've earned actually shows up.
04
Operations are eating
your capacity.
Slow systems, unclear processes, scattered teams — they cost you time, money, and focus. We streamline operations so your organization can do what it actually exists to do.
What Sets Us Apart

Other firms specialize in pieces. EMG owns the whole arc — strategy, execution, and the systems underneath.

What You Need To Know
About EMG

"Working with people, purposes, and places."

Founded by Grace Espindola in 2017, EMG began as a consulting practice built on the belief that mission-driven organizations deserve the same infrastructure and strategic firepower as the largest institutions — without having to navigate it alone.

We started with grants, strategic planning, program evaluation, operations, training, and coaching. In 2022, we expanded into marketing, digital infrastructure, and media production. In March 2026, we formalized that growth by bringing on a dedicated team of consultant specialists — deepening our capacity to deliver integrated, high-impact work across every engagement.

Four pillars. One integrated firm.

Most consultancies specialize in one piece. EMG owns the whole arc — so the strategy, the funding, the events, and the systems underneath all reinforce each other.

Fundraising Solutions & Digital Reporting

Grant strategy, donor reporting, and the dashboards that prove your work to funders. We secure the funding — and tell the story that earns more of it.

Event Strategy & Management

From boardroom briefings to fundraising galas — we plan, host, and manage events that turn into momentum. Logistics handled. Mission protected.

Project & Vendor Management

Multi-stakeholder initiatives need someone who's done it before. We own the timeline, manage vendors, and keep every moving piece aligned with the outcome.

Digital Infrastructure

Custom websites, live dashboards, and the digital systems your work runs on. Built for the long haul — not templated, not duct-taped, not outsourced.

Tools We Use

We work in your tools. Not ours.

How We Work

The EMG Consulting Process

We work alongside your team — not above it. Every engagement is built around your mission, your data, and your community. No templates. No guesswork.

1
Audit & Discovery
We start by going deep — learning your organization's goals, gaps, data, and funding history. No assumptions. Just an honest assessment and a clear picture of where you stand and where you're capable of going.
Week 1–2
2
Strategy & Alignment
We build a plan that's specific, measurable, and aligned with what funders actually fund. From funding calendars to operational roadmaps — every decision has a reason and a result attached to it.
Week 2–4
3
Execute & Optimize
We don't hand off a deck and disappear. We execute alongside you — writing, building, reporting, and refining until your systems are strong enough to run without us. That's the goal every time.

Something for the conflict you keep carrying.

Before the next Grounding Circle session, Grace and Maria put together a free guide on conflict — what it really is, why the same tensions keep resurfacing, and where the way through begins.

The Grounding Circle · Guide No. 02 of 10

What Difficult Relationships Reveal.

The conflict inside you — and how it shows up in every relationship around you.

  • The four places internal conflict actually lives — beliefs, values, identity, unmet needs.
  • Why external conflict is almost always pointing at something internal.
  • Five steps for working a conflict on both levels at once.
