Espindola & Associates Management Group works on how organizations include and support the people inside them. Our own website and sessions should meet the same standard. We are committed to making espindolaassociatesmg.com usable by as many people as possible, whatever technology or ability they bring to it.
Accessibility is not a one-time project here. We treat it as part of building and maintaining the site, and we fix problems as we find them or as you report them.
02Conformance status
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by most United States accessibility requirements.
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard, and some content does not yet. The known gaps are listed in section 5. We are working through them.
03What we have done
- Semantic page structure with real headings, landmarks, and lists, so screen readers can navigate by section.
- A “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Text and background color combinations tested against WCAG AA contrast ratios, including on our dark pages.
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields with associated labels, and error messages that say what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and remain readable when text is enlarged to 200 percent.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected; no auto-playing audio or video, and no flashing content.
- Descriptive link text rather than “click here.”
04Compatibility
The site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, used with the screen readers and magnification tools built into those platforms — including VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, and JAWS.
It may not work as well in browsers more than two major versions old, or with JavaScript disabled. Core content remains readable in either case.
05Known limitations
We would rather name these than leave you to find them:
- Embedded third-party players and forms. Podcast players, video embeds, and some registration tools are built by other companies. Their accessibility is outside our control. We raise issues with those vendors, and we will provide the same content another way on request.
- Older PDFs and downloads. Some documents published before our current process are not fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will send an accessible version.
- Episode transcripts. Transcripts are being added to our media archive. Newer episodes have them; older ones are still in progress. Request any transcript and we will prioritize it.
- User-submitted content. Quotes, images, and materials contributed by others may not always meet our standard before we review them.
06Accessibility of our sessions and programs
Our in-person and virtual sessions should be as usable as our website.
In person
Sessions at 624 E Street, Marysville, California take place in a ground-floor space with step-free entry. Tell us in advance what you need — seating arrangements, a support person, a service animal, a scent-reduced room, printed materials in large type, or a quiet space to step out to — and we will arrange it.
Virtual
Virtual sessions offer live automated captions. We can arrange live human captioning (CART) or ASL interpretation with advance notice.
Materials and notice
Slides, handouts, and worksheets are available in advance and in large print or plain text on request. Please give us at least five business days’ notice for interpretation or captioning services, and as much notice as you can for anything else. We will always try to accommodate a late request.
There is no charge for an accommodation, and you never have to explain why you need one.
07Tell us about a barrier
If you run into something on this site or in a session that you cannot use, we want to hear about it. Tell us what page or session it was, what you were trying to do, and what technology you were using, if you know it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to give you a plan or a fix within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you why and offer another way to get the content in the meantime.
08If we do not resolve it
If our response does not resolve the problem, write to us at the address above and ask for the concern to be reviewed directly by the firm’s principal. You may also contact the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, which enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act, or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
09How we assess this site
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated testing during development, manual keyboard-only walkthroughs, screen reader spot checks, and contrast verification against the brand’s color palette. Assessment is done internally by the team that builds and maintains the site.
This statement was prepared on July 27, 2026 and is reviewed when the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
